Zuber PS1050NJ Bridge Saw - 300mm Wet Cutting Saw for Porcelain Paving, Tile & Stone

The Zuber PS1050NJ is a professional wet-cutting bridge saw for landscapers, tilers and stone fitters who need long, straight, chip-free cuts in porcelain paving, large-format tile and natural stone. A 2000W 230V motor drives a 300mm diamond blade along a stainless steel guide rail, giving cuts up to 1250mm long and 110mm deep.

The cutting head tilts from 0 to 45 degrees for mitres, plunges for cut-outs, and rises and falls quickly for different material thicknesses. The bridge is built for rigidity, and the 10-way bearing carriage keeps the blade running smoothly and true along the full length of the cut.

In Marcrist's own test, the PS1050NJ cut a strip of porcelain just 1.09mm thin along a 1 metre length.

Blades for the PS1050NJ

The saw takes a 300mm blade with a 25.4mm bore. Marcrist recommends four of its diamond blades for the PS1050NJ: FZ850N for outdoor porcelain tiles, CK850 for outdoor porcelain and tile, Mi850 for natural stone and granite, and BF850 for granite, concrete and hard materials. In this size we stock:

• Porcelain paving and tile - Marcrist CK850T, 300mm with a 25.4/30mm bore.
